Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective November 5, 2026. This policy applies to all BeautyExamCoach coaching group enrollments.
1. Cancellation Before Seat Assignment
Students who cancel their enrollment before their Milady ExamReady seat has been assigned and before the first scheduled live coaching session begins are eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid.
2. Cancellation After Seat Assignment, Before Coaching Begins
Once a Milady ExamReady seat has been assigned, that seat is nonrefundable. Students who submit a cancellation request after seat assignment but before the first scheduled live coaching session may receive a refund of 50% of the total package price.
Platform access: Students who receive a partial refund under this section retain their assigned Milady ExamReady access for the full one-year period. Platform access is not revoked upon partial refund.
3. Cancellation After Coaching Begins
Once the first scheduled live coaching session has begun, the package is nonrefundable for student-requested cancellations or missed sessions. This applies regardless of the number of sessions attended or remaining. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.
4. Cancellation by BeautyExamCoach
If BeautyExamCoach cancels the program before it begins, enrolled students may choose either a full refund of the total amount paid or a transfer to a future cohort at no additional charge.
If BeautyExamCoach is unable to deliver remaining scheduled coaching sessions after the program has begun, students will be offered either replacement sessions at a mutually agreed time or a prorated refund for the undelivered coaching sessions.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, students must submit their request through one of the following:
- The BeautyExamCoach contact form
- A verified business email address on file with BeautyExamCoach
Refund eligibility is determined based on the date and time the cancellation request is received, not the date it is sent. Requests submitted through unofficial channels (social media, text message, etc.) will not be accepted.
6. Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local law. Where applicable law provides greater protections than this policy, those protections apply.
